Acacia Gum / Gum Arabic

Natural gum exudate obtained from acacia trees in ‘African sub-Saharan zone’.

Used as emulsifier and stabilizer in confectionery products. Also considered the industry ‘gold standard’ for stabilizing beverage emulsions. We can provide different qualities (Seyal/Senegal) in pure or mixed form.

CMC – Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose

CMC or Cellulose Gum is most often used as a viscosity modifier or thickener (bulking agent), and to stabilize emulsions in various products including ice cream. We sell best-of-class material from Akzo Nobel.
